Frank Homan born May 29 1875 Frank first came to Fresno California. He opened a sporting store and named it Homan and operated it for many years from 1903-1957. He served one term as mayor for Fresno from 1937-1941. Frank was also in the Fresno Board of Education for many years he was president from 1909-1913.
