Not much is known about Zygmunt other than he was mayor of Fresno California Born November 1883 in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania married Marie J Leymel he served in WW2 and Spanish American War. Zygmunt served 2 terms in Fresno one being in 1929–1934 and the other in 1941–1947 then dieing in office in 1947 May 9, 1947.
